Recipe 1:
Take 450-500 gms chicken pieces with or without bones. Marinade chicken with 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder,1/2 tsp Corriander Powder, 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder,1 big tsp Curd for 30-40 minutes. In a 3 tsp Oil Fry 2 big chopped Onions till golden brown. Add 2 big size chopped Tomatoes, 1 small Capsicum,1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste, 1 tsp Corriander Powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 2 tsp “KUMBH CHICKEN MASALA” salt as per taste. Mix it well & fry for 2 min. Add marinade Chicken and cook for 10-15 min. Sprinkle some Corriander leaves / Kasoori Methi on top & serve hot.
Recipe 2:
A) Clean 1 kg chicken pieces, wash and dry chicken with a clean cloth.
(B) Rub the chicken with 1 tsp of “KUMBH CHICKEN MASALA” 1 tsp Kumbh black pepper and 1 tsp salt and keep aside for an hour.
(C) In a pan add 3 tsp oil and sauté the chicken pieces till light brown. Now remove the chicken from the pan and keep aside.
(D) Grind 1 tsp Kumbh red chilli powder, 1 tsp Kumbh turmeric powder, 5 cloves, 4 garlic pods, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 1-inch ginger and 2 large onions in a mixer to make a paste.
(E) In the same pan add 3 tbsp oil again and sauté the paste till the oil separates. Add 1 ½ cup of coconut milk. When the mixture is boiling, add the chicken pieces with 2 tsp of salt. Stir occasionally. Cook until the gravy is thick as per your requirement. This delicious chicken can be served with rice, Indian breads or rotis.
